A seamless high-waist brief built on the principle of the Malaysian bengkung — the cloth wrap mothers have wound around the belly after a birth for five centuries. Two wide bands cross over the front and continue around the back, so the hold is circular: front, sides and back at once. Breathable mesh between the bands, soft seamless edges, and a high cut that sits above a C-section scar rather than on it.
