Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Completely intact and in perfect condition (no damage, stains, odors, stretching, or signs of wear)

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
