Terms of service
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from curvecompression.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) Use of the Site & Eligibility
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence and that you will use the Site only for lawful purposes.
2) Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
3) Pricing, Taxes, and Billing
Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax (if any) will be calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
4) Payments
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorized and received before an order is processed.
5) Shipping & Delivery
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law. If you experience delivery issues, contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.
6) Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order, subject to eligibility requirements.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging (and tags if applicable), and proof of purchase.
How to start a return: Email contact@curvecompresion.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will send return instructions (and, where applicable, a return label).
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final sale items, and customized/made-to-order items (and any other items marked non-returnable).
Return shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged on arrival), return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time (typically within 10–14 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7) Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly at contact@curvecompresion.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos where possible.
8) Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be modified or discontinued at any time and may be subject to additional terms. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined.
9) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and design) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute Site content without written permission.
10) Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the Site’s operation, transmitting malware, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.
11) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curve Compression will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.
13) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Changes apply from the Effective Date shown above.

Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver; Venue
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.
a) Informal Resolution First. Before starting a claim, you agree to contact us at contact@curvecompresion.com and provide a brief description of the issue and your order number, and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
b) Binding Individual Arbitration. Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase, these Terms, or the Site (each, a “Dispute”) shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in court.
c) No Class Actions / Representative Actions. You and Curve Compression agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
d) Venue for Court Proceedings. To the extent a Dispute is found not subject to arbitration, or to the extent a court action is permitted by applicable law (for example, certain small claims matters, if applicable), you agree that such action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the country where Curve Compression is established (currently: Switzerland), and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts, except where prohibited by applicable law.
e) Severability. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, then the arbitration requirement shall not apply to that class/representative action to the extent required by law.
f) Opt-Out (Recommended). You may opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver within 30 days of your purchase by emailing contact@curvecompresion.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.
