Can I really wear this instead of a bra?+
Yes. The front support is made to be worn on its own, as your only layer, and the double-layer fabric means nobody can tell you are not wearing a bra.
Will the padding shift or come out?+
No. The two soft cups are sewn in, so they stay where they should.
Will it show under white or light tops?+
No. There is no back band to make a line, and the double-layer fabric prevents show-through, even under a white blouse.
